Impedance Stabilization Networks (ISNs)

ISNS

Impedance Stabilization Network are used for RF telecom conducted emission testing per EN 55022, required for “CE-mark” compliance testing of commercial products. ISNs are used in measurements of conducted common mode disturbances of Telecom equipment. They are placed between the EUT and auxiliary equipment which is required for the EUT to function properly. The ISN establishes the common-mode termination impedance for the EUT’s telecommunications port during measurement and matches the unsymmetrical contribution of the connected line.
